Conway Edwards

CONWAY EDWARDS received his Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and his Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University in Virginia. He is Lead Pastor of the church, One, which ministers to the evolving communities of Plano, Allen, Frisco, and McKinney, Texas, as well as their surrounding cities. Conway formerly served as Director of Singles at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas, Texas under the leadership of Senior Pastor, Dr. Tony Evans. His unique ability to communicate the truths of Scripture in a relevant and uncompromising manner has helped to reach a generation of men, women, singles, couples, and families embedded in a culture defined by individualism, materialism and humanism.

Conway is the Executive Director of the US-based ministry Caribbean Choice for Christ, a ministry which seeks to train and develop leaders to impact their institutions and communities with the gospel of Jesus Christ. He is also the Founder and President of the Jamaica-based National Center for Christian Leadership-Jamaica (NCCLJ). Conway's desire is to see God bring forth 52,000 male Christian leaders on the island of Jamaica, his home island, who understand their calling and are impacting their communities with a Christ-centered worldview.

Conway is the author of Leading a Turnaround Ministry: A Process for Exponential Growth. He co-authored When Love’s in View: Finding Focus in Dating and Relationships and The Undercover Woman: A Guide for Single Women and Their Spiritual Fathers with his wife, Jada.

Conway and Jada also serve together to teach, counsel, and encourage families, couples, and singles. They live in Allen, Texas.
