John Walsh is the founder of BibleTelling and the Christian Storytelling Conference. His network of BibleTelling trainers conduct seminars in the USA as well as 21 other countries. The most exciting seminar is the annual one in Israel. Those who attend tell 120 stories of the Bible at the 45 locations where they happened.
The Art of Storytelling was first published in 2003 and then republished in 2014. It now has a companion booklet called Storytelling 101: How to Turn a Simple Event Into a Captivating Story. He has also produced a high school course on Proverbs called Successful Living. This is sold nationwide and is reprinted for distribution in England, Australia, and the Philippines.
His book All the Stories of the Bible is used worldwide by missionaries, pastors, and other Christian workers, and is accompanied by a user guide that organizes the stories of the Bible into different categories. John and his wife coauthored Language Olympics, which uses Bible stories for teaching adults how to read.
He tells Bible stories on two types of radio shows: a 2-minute daily radio spot called All the Stories of the Bible in a Year and a 4-minute weekly one called Telling the Stories of the Bible.
