In this global health crisis, Moody Publishers will continue fulfilling our mission to resource the church in every way possible. To that end, please click here to see a curated list of daily tools, free videos, online discounts, and ongoing encouragement for these new days ahead. More will be added each morning.
Because we resource the church’s work of discipling all people, we publish books on virtually every part of the Christian life: prayer, devotion, doctrine, marriage, parenting, singleness, loneliness, pain, sin, fear, faith, missions, discipleship, ministry, community, and more. And since many of our authors are veterans of church ministry, they possess both an understanding of key Christian-living issues and the practical wisdom to address them.
The goal of Northfield Publishing is to provide biblical wisdom from seasoned professionals on the crucial themes of everyday life. Northfield titles reflect the cumulative expertise of long experience presented in an accessible, jargon-free voice. The imprint is named after Northfield, MA, where D. L. Moody was raised and where he established three educational institutions in the later years of his life.
In November 2013, Moody Publishers acquired WingSpread Publishers, located in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. WingSpread Publishers started as a missionary periodical in 1880 under the name The Gospel in All Lands. Of the 138 titles acquired by Moody Publishers, 57 were written by A.W. Tozer. The newly acquired WingSpread titles will be integrated into rich collection of products available from Moody Publishers.
In Chicago there is a neighborhood called River North, just north of downtown, and bordered on two sides by the Chicago River. This is where our office is located, and like the river running through our neighborhood, River North Fiction brings refreshment, encouragement, and hope to our readers through the power of story.
