Shipping costs are based on weight. All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. All shipments originate from our warehouse in Chicago, Illinois (USA).
Several service levels are available for the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and Canada. Details on services, rates, and delivery times can be found here.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders received after 1:30 PM CT during regular business or when business is closed, will not be processed until the following business day.
FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING is available for orders of $35 or more before taxes (calculated after any discounts and before applicable taxes) when delivered within the United States. Carriers are typically the US Postal Service (1st class or Media Mail), FedEx or UPS ground service. Delivery time is within approximately 2–6 working days (longer for Alaska and Hawaii). Free Shipping is not applicable to Canada.
PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING – US Postal Service Priority Mail delivery time is approximately 3–4 working days within the US (longer for Alaska and Hawaii) after order has shipped.
UPS SHIPPING – Several service levels are available for the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. Details on services, rates, and delivery times can be found here. UPS shipping time is approximately 2–5 working days within the US (longer for Alaska and Hawaii). UPS does not deliver to PO boxes or US military addresses.
CANADA ORDERS ship via IMEX Courier Express. A phone number and a street address is required for Canadian orders. P.O. Box numbers are not deliverable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – We are only able to sell and ship products within the United States, US Territories, and Canada.
US MILITARY AND PO BOX SHIPPING – Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. Please note: Once a package is received by an APO/FPO/DPO postal receiving facility, we can no longer track the package, nor estimate the delivery date to the recipient.
