Can you have a strong personality and still be a godly wife? YES!

Do you ever get the idea that being a godly wife means you need to be a mousy doormat? Be as unnoticeable as a doorknob? Or have a personality transplant?

Fierce Women: The Power of a Soft Warrior smashes that idea. No matter whether you’re an extrovert or more introverted, Kimberly Wagner believes women are created to be a compelling force.

You may not see yourself as beautifully fierce or even slightly strong, but what if God has placed a powerful fierceness within you, within every woman? Kim admits her fierceness became a source of conflict in her marriage, but the relationship dynamic totally changed when she discovered her fierce strengths could be used to encourage and inspire her husband. She invites you to come alongside as she takes an honest look at a destructive relationship dynamic and casts a vision for the transformation God can bring to troubled marriages.

Though this is not a book written for me, it is one I enjoyed all the way through. Fierce Women is the kind of book feminists will hate because it affirms God-ordained differences between men and women & because it pushes women to live for the good of others, to esteem others higher than themselves. It affirms a woman’s strength, but shows the biblical way to use that strength is to direct it in love toward others. It’s a book I highly recommend. http://www.challies.com/book-reviews/fierce-women

I have an amazing and well-honed ability to get my own way pretty much all of the time. And that works for me, but it's not healthy. So I was very glad that this book found its way to my home. The author encourages women not to be wimpy, but to be aware of the power of their words and actions, to strengthen their relationship with Christ and with their husbands. I will definitely be reading this book again. http://www.growingababyreviews.com/2013/01/book-review-fierce-women-power-of-soft.html

This inspiring story of true change and transformation proves the old adage that people can’t change is entirely inaccurate. Restoration and new beginnings in marriage are possible as the Wagner’s learned at a time it seemed they were doomed to a marriage of misery. Prepare to be moved and stimulated to action to make the adjustments to live out your role as husband or wife God created us to be. http://www.theiemommy.com/2012/12/19/fierce-women-the-power-of-a-soft-warrior-holiday-gift-guide/

This book written to women is Christ-centered and full of the Word of God, the only place where answers to all of life can be found. Kimberly weaves her own story through the pages with transparency and authenticity writing it because of the destruction taking place in her own marriage. “Lord, change him,” was her prayer. She didn’t realize that ingratitude, pride and fear were leading her down a “lonely, cruel path.” http://jennifersikora.com/2012/11/fierce-women-the-power-of-the-soft-warrior/
