No More Perfect Moms is practical with tips for everyday life with children literally “underfoot.” A particular delight is Mommy Manners, an inset on how to make the most of visits when you have toddlers. I liked how she makes you see that there are no perfect mom's. There's only that idea in your head. You can't play the "comparison" game with other moms. The main message is what I like. Don't compare your insides to someone's outsides, you don't know what their life is like just by looking at them. I recommend this book. I read it at a good point in what is going on my life and it helps to know that you're not the only one going through things. http://www.goodreads.com/review/show/517982577

With airbrushed photos, social media and slanted headlines, we are bombarded with the idea we have to be perfect. The antidote to the “perfection infection” is to realize that our identities lie in Christ and nothing else. I would recommend this book to anyone who has been infected with the perfection bug. God has more in store for us, so let go of the desire to have it all together and give in to God’s plan for your life. http://jamywhitaker.org/2013/02/20/no-more-perfect-moms-book-review/
